Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model, actress and TV host and recording artist has received numerous awards throughout her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. She has been nominated in addition to eight PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards, as well as for the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father was married by Ojales when she was a teenager in the year 1982. Jasmine is her older sister. is an actress as well. Clare was a daughter-in-law of their father's family. Her death was at only the age of four in the year 2007.
